Dana is from Košice, Slovakia. She studied Economics and Economic Diplomacy in Bratislava, Slovakia. She also holds a postgraduate degree in Master of European Studies in Berlin, Germany. After graduating in 2000, Dana worked at the Department of European Union Affairs of the Slovak Ministry of Economy dealing with Slovakia's EU accession and Structural Funds preparation. Between 2003-2005 Dana took part at various ex-change Programmes for young state officials in Berlin, Germany and Brussels, Belgium where she was involved in the national, regional and local institutional structures (e.g. German Parliament, Ministries, Regional representation office) focusing on SF and EU regional policy matters. As from 2005 Dana has been working as Programme/Communication Officer at the INTERREG IIIC East JTS in Vienna. At the Central Europe JTS Dana works as Communication Manager, with a specific focus on the coordination of the network of Central Europe National Contact Points.

Mr Kovacs worked as IT expert during the ‘90s. He was a prosperous application developer, but has built his career in the field of regional development since 2000. He was the programming director of Central Trans-Danubian Regional Development Agency (CTD RDA) from 2000 till 2007 and then was leading the Agency as managing director for 2 years. Mr Kovács was one of the most highlighted actors of regional policy in Central-Transdanubia in these years. The CTD RDA has functioned as an intermediary body both of the National Development Plan 2004-06 and the New Hungarian Development Plan 2007-13. The agency was one of the most highlighted responsible organisation for the application of the Central-Transdanubian segment of the 1st Regional Programme (2004-06) in Hungary and works as Intermediary Body of the Central-Transdanubian Operational Programme (2007-2013) also.

Tina Igličar started her career as a Project Coordinator and later as Development Coordinator at the Automotive Cluster of Slovenia (ACS). She was responsible for administration and management of altogether 6 European and 2 national projects. She has been actively involved in several projects in the frameworks of transnational cooperation programme, Sixth and Seventh Framework Programmes (FP6, FP7) and Leonardo da Vinci programme. She was responsible for Identification, planning and monitoring of project opportunities, Identification, development and allocation of research resources in domestic and foreign R & D sphere eligible to participate in the acquisition of knowledge and implementation of projects. She deals with the information exchange and communication within the cluster and among the project teams in order to foster the transfer of know-how in cooperation with research and development organizations. Currently she is a project manager in charge of the content and financial part of the project AutoNet on behalf of the ACS.

Following this (2001 – 2007) he subsequently held down managing director roles at company NetKit s.r.o. Presently he works for organization CVVI as Transnational Co-operation Director, where his responsibilities lie in development and implementation of a multitude of co-operation agreements; additionally, he also still maintains his MD position at CzechDex s.r.o.

He is an expert in development of manufacturing technologies for large-scale production of foamed aluminium components by powder metallurgical method with experience in product design and development of innovative products with large application potential in various industrial sectors. He is a project manager of Austrian – Slovak cross-border platform for knowledge transfer aimed at the application of advanced engineering materials in the region of Vienna – Bratislava (INNOVMAT, www.innovmat.eu).

As both internal and external consultant, she is looking back on almost 10 years of experience in make-or-buy decisions for, and implementation of logistics activities.
